Payment
For bouquet subscriptions all payments are final and non-refundable. We understand life happens and you may be unavailable a week during your subscription. Please see cancellations and requests to see what options you can pursue if you are unavailable for one of your deliveries.
Cancellation and Requests
You can not receive a refund for part of your bouquet subscription if you are unavailable for any weeks in your subscription period. There are no substitutions for other weeks outside of your chosen delivery weeks. You may email us to have the bouquet you are not able to receive be picked up or delivered to someone else, with a note. If changing your delivery to a different address the recipient must be within Rockingham, Guildford, Caswell, Alamance, and Pittsylvania counties, and at least 24 hour notice must be given regarding any changes to your delivery. In purchasing our product you agree to be responsible for the quality of the flowers as soon as they are delivered. Delivery and Pick-Up
Bouquet deliveries will occur each week on the same day and during the same time frame to ensure you know exactly when your bouquets will arrive. You may also choose to pick up your subscription on Saturday mornings at Market Square in downtown Reidsville located at 303 South Scales St., Reidsville, NC 27320 between 7am and 12pm May-October. You may also pick up your bouquet at our Farm if you are unavailable on your assigned delivery day. Service Area
As a part of our mission to limit our footprint and remain sustainable we will only offer delivery to these counties Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell and Alamance and Pittsylvania. We can deliver outside of our service area but it will incur a $10 fee.
Delivery Outside Our Service Area
We currently do not ship our flowers, if you wish to send flowers outside of our delivery area please contact us with your request at LoreFarm@Outlook.com.
Flower Care
We guarantee that you are receiving the freshest flowers from our farm delivered in fresh clean water. We are not liable for thefts after purchase or delivery, or poor flower care after delivery. Bacteria build up is the main enemy of all flowers. To reduce bacteria buildup be sure to change your water daily, and trim stems frequently, and keep your flowers out of direct sunlight. If you are unable to immediately bring your flowers inside, give them 12-24 hours to perk up after you bring them in and provide them with fresh clean water. If there is any obvious damage to blooms, please take a picture and email them to us as soon as possible so we can help figure out what occurred to cause poor flower quality and work with you to fix it.
